Rodenticide Ban Bill Passed!

We are thrilled to announce that Governor Newsom signed AB 1788 today, which bans second generation anticoagulant rodenticides. This means predators and scavengers like mountain lions, bobcats, and owls will no longer die a slow, painful death due to eating a poisoned rodent. Thank you for all the letters submitted and all the organizations involved in this effort!

Rodenticide Bill Goes to Governor

In the wee hours of the morning, the legislative session ended with the Assembly and Senate taking their last votes on proposed legislation.
