Where’s the Water?

Residents have been asked to cut back their water use.  In some cases, it is as high as 36% cutbacks.  The irony, as Editorial Writer Ray Chandos notes, is that while we are required to cut back, decision makers and water districts are approving water guzzling projects and offering “will serve” letters.
