Yorba Linda Friends: If you’ve been following Esperanza Hills project (340 hillside houses), the Yorba Linda City Council will hear an administrative report on the project’s request for grading and encroachment rights on city-owned open space. Visit the Protect Our Homes and Hills Facebook page for details or their website: ProtectYorbaLinda.com. There is a specific process to enroll in the Zoom meeting to speak on the item, see the August 3rd post on that for information.
