Through a great partnership with Friends of Harbors, Beaches & Parks (FHBP), Hills For Everyone used FHBP’s Green Vision Map to identify 275 properties (totaling over 30,000 acres) in and around Orange County for possible acquisition. Did you know that Hills For Everyone does not own or manage land? Nope. We advocate for the protection of land, work with willing sellers and donors to get land protected, inform political leaders and gather their support, and use state and federal dollars for the conservation acquisitions–but we do not own or manage the land. Escrow Closes on 80 Acres

We are thrilled to announce escrow has closed on the 80 acre Eastbridge property. The land was surrounded on three sides by Chino Hills State Park and on one side by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (L.A. Mountains). Thanks to the landowner (the Shopoff Group), the Wildlife Conservation Board, our consultants, and MRCA for their hard work making this conservation acquisition happen.
