Another twist in the Hidden Oaks property in Carbon Canyon! The landowner has put the property on the market for $66M. The original proposal had included 107 houses but after major concerns were raised by us and others about wildfire and access, it was redrawn down to 53 houses. Prices that high usually only come with entitled land. View the Chino Champion article.
The developer of the 537 acre property submitted a revised project that reduces the footprint of the project and number of units from 107 to 53. However, the site is now owned by a new developer and the new site plans are unknown. The site is located on Carbon Canyon Road across from the Circle K store. Learn more about Hidden Oaks.
