Terry Grosz was a United States Fish and Wildlife Game Warden for nearly 30 years. Every jurisdiction (cities and counties) in California is required to have a General Plan. It serves as a visioning document for how and where development should occur over time. It’s been one week since the Southern California mountain lion (aka cougars) have been listed as a California threatened species. Now, cougars in our area have more protections than before. These elusive cats are very important to maintaining the health of the ecosystem.
