The Cities of Chino Hills and Diamond Bar both filed a lawsuit over the City of Industry’s acquisition of the Tres Hermanos land in Upper Tonner Canyon.  Lost revenues are a major claim by both cities.  The Department of Finance has not finalized the sale yet.
