The plot thickens… “What are you (City of Industry) going to do with Tres Hermanos?” asks the Oversight Board. They demand knowing the City’s intentions with the land since there is no deed restriction or conservation easement ensuring the land will STAY open space. Without those restrictions, the City of Industry can do whatever it wants.
