Jack had friends and interests across the spectrum from Cal Poly Pomona to Tri-County Conservation League. He also enjoyed birding, educating visitors at the Big Morongo Preserve, and revitalizing the Whittier Narrows Nature Center. His impact to the natural world was important and long lasting.
