Big news! In January, the Puente Hills Habitat Authority’s trail cam photo study spotted a gray fox in Sycamore Canyon for the first time ever!
Yay! The Hills For Everyone wildfire resilience/recovery grant from California State Parks Foundation funded the Rolling M Ranch Campground sign replacement. Here is a before and after photo. If you are interested in helping remove obsolete barbed wire from Chino Hills State Park, there is a work party scheduled the morning of Friday, February 25th. A list of items to wear or bring will be provided. It is likely the last volunteer day on this task until the Fall.
