Arboretum at Risk?

Hills For Everyone has participated in the Green Scene at the Fullerton Arboretum for years. We’ve always had good experiences there. We are shocked that Cal State Fullerton would consider removal of all or a portion of the Arboretum to make room for dorms. If this local landmark and beautiful garden is important to you, please consider attending the April 10th Public Forum from 10 – 2 (location TBD) to relay your concerns and ideas. Hacienda Blvd. Closes

The La Habra Heights City Council is worried about a potential landslide on Hacienda Blvd. after reviewing a geotechnical study on the road. The City issued a state of emergency and has closed the route connecting Hacienda Heights to La Habra for a least a year. They are working to fund the repairs with state and federal funds. Wildflower Updates

Due to the popularity of our wildflowers and a maximum capacity of the Chino Hills State Park entry road. The gates at our Chino Hills entrance on Sapphire Road do get closed when we reach capacity. At that point we let vehicle traffic in and out on a car by car basis. Please remember to stay on trails.
