It appears the Cities of Industry, Diamond Bar, and Chino Hills have reached an agreement on the future of Tres Hermanos. The three cities will form a Conservation Authority Joint Powers Agreement. The Cities of Industry, Diamond Bar, Chino Hills, and now Commerce, are battling for the answer. Hills For Everyone Executive Director Claire Schlotterbeck acknowledged the biological diversity of the site isn’t well known because the land has been protected with armed guards at the gates and on patrol since 1978.
