The City of Chino Hills will file a lawsuit against the Oversight Committee, City of Industry’s Successor Agency, and the State Department of Finance. The City of Chino Hills says the City of Industry has been less than forthcoming with its plans for the Tres Hermanos property. Check out the article in the Chino Champion.
