Planning Commission Confirms Our Position

The Chino Hills Planning Commission meeting this week and agreed with the staff report that the clear and documented intent of the 1994 General Plan was to zone the 3000 acres in southeastern Chino Hills as 1 unit per 40 acres. The Planning Commission received and filed the staff report. Lawsuit Filed on Esperanza Hills

Protect Our Homes and Hills—a project of Hills For Everyone—filed a lawsuit against the County of Orange for its approval of the Esperanza Hills project.  The Board of Supervisors approved the General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Specific Plan for the 340-unit hillside development on June 2nd.   The City of Yorba Linda was also included in the lawsuit for its lack of action on the project as a Responsible Agency.
