Escrow Closes on 80 Acres

We are thrilled to announce escrow has closed on the 80 acre Eastbridge property. The land was surrounded on three sides by Chino Hills State Park and on one side by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (L.A. Mountains). Thanks to the landowner (the Shopoff Group), the Wildlife Conservation Board, our consultants, and MRCA for their hard work making this conservation acquisition happen.

Preserve Yorba Linda Hills Petition

Hills For Everyone urges Yorba Linda residents to sign this petition to stop the conversion of designated Open Space to other uses like housing. Sign the petition by July 1st. The City of Yorba Linda is presently considering a project on 41 acres zoned as Open Space. SB 266 Approved Unanimously By Senate

Senate Bill 266, our Chino Hills State Park expansion bill, just passed out of the Senate with a 40-0 vote. It remains unanimously supported and a bi-partisan bill! Thanks Senator Josh Newman for working with us on the Senate side and authoring the bill. We look forward to closely working with Assemblyman Phillip Chen to get it through the Assembly next!
