Another Welcome Sign Installed

with No Comments

We are go grateful for the volunteers that installed the second Welcome Sign at the Discovery Center. It is over by the Telegraph Canyon Trailhead at the end of the parking lot. The posts still need to be trimmed, but the signage is reduced and we hope it provides help to those looking for information on the park, its hours, trails, and do’s and don’t’s.

SB 266 Gets More Press

with No Comments

Our bill to protect more land by adding it into Chino Hills State Park was featured in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin. If SB 266 is successful, the Park will grow by about 1,530 acres. Thanks to Senator Josh Newman and his staff for their great work on the legislation. The bill’s next stop is the Appropriations Committee. Read the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin article.
