Protect Our Homes and Hills—a project of Hills For Everyone—filed a lawsuit against the County of Orange for its approval of the Esperanza Hills project.  The Board of Supervisors approved the General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Specific Plan for the 340-unit hillside development on June 2nd.   The City of Yorba Linda was also included in the lawsuit for its lack of action on the project as a Responsible Agency. Join Hills For Everyone, the Chino Hills State Park Interpretive Association and State Parks as we celebrate the grand re-opening of Bane Canyon Road (the Chino Hills Entrance to the Park). There will be a facepainter, self-guided nature walk, crafts, naturalist-led hike, a fire engine, informational booths, a bike ride (BYO Bike), and light refreshments! Chino Hills State Park: The Beginnings
