Lawsuit Filed on Esperanza Hills

Protect Our Homes and Hills—a project of Hills For Everyone—filed a lawsuit against the County of Orange for its approval of the Esperanza Hills project. The Board of Supervisors approved the General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Specific Plan for the 340-unit hillside development on June 2nd. Bane Canyon Celebration

Join Hills For Everyone, the Chino Hills State Park Interpretive Association and State Parks as we celebrate the grand re-opening of Bane Canyon Road (the Chino Hills Entrance to the Park). There will be a facepainter, self-guided nature walk, crafts, naturalist-led hike, a fire engine, informational booths, a bike ride (BYO Bike), and light refreshments! Executive Director Claire Schlotterbeck will be the featured speaker at the Chino Hills Historical Society’s meeting next Monday night. The topic of her presentation is the “Chino Hills State Park: \u000bHow and Why it all Began.” We’d welcome your attendance at this free event.
