Another announcement for progress being made at the State Park. We partnered with the Chino Hills State Park Interpretive Association and Department of Parks and Recreation to design, get approval for, and (today) start the installation of the three new Welcome to Chino Hills State Park signs. One of our partners, Chino Hills State Park Interpretive Association, was featured in the Chino Champion newspaper. Learn about their great education and interpretive work in the State Park. Right now we are collaborating with the Interpretive Association and State Parks on emergency grants to help fund projects needed post-Blue Ridge Fire. Stay tuned on the outcome! Hills For Everyone hosted a 10 year commemoration event of the Freeway Complex Fire on Saturday and Sunday, November 17 and 18 at the Chino Hills State Park Discovery Center. Thanks to all that stopped by. View the album of photos from the event.
