Interesting that multiple calls reporting the fire were dismissed. The same thing happened with the Freeway Complex Fire when area residents reported a second fire in Brea (not Corona). We hope the Orange County Fire Authority and California Highway Patrol train their personnel to respond according to protocol, so this doesn’t happen again. And, that they track red flag days better than they did for this fire.
