As a reminder, please check the website or Facebook page of the park you love, before heading out to recreate. Often times the trails are closed during and after the rain. LA County Parks Sues for Park

You may recall the County of Los Angeles has plans for a park atop the now closed Puente Hills Landfill. Things have gone sideways and plans for the park have reached incredible numbers. The Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts has released information on its “park related” obligations now that the County has sued the agency to fund the entire park. New Acquisitions Coming Soon

Hills For Everyone is pleased to announce that funding was just approved by the Wildlife Conservation Board for an acquisition of 320 acres adjacent to Chino Hills State Park. We continue to seek creative ways to preserve additional lands. Escrow should close in the next few months. View the Chino Champion article.
