One of the key meetings we participated in this week was held by the California Natural Resource Agency on its 30×30 effort. The 30×30 effort aims to protect 30% of the state’s lands and coastal waters by 2030. Speakers and staff discussed the “Pathways to 30×30” document, which Hills For Everyone will be commenting on.

California State Parks is selling its 2022 annual park passes for $195 and include California’s most popular destinations like the beaches. Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and do not expire on 12/31. These passes do not cover camping or off road vehicle park fees.
