The County of Orange released its Draft Preliminary Climate Action Plan (CAP) for a 21-day public review and comment period. Make sure you understand when and where the moon will rise and set as well as where it is within its cycle. Full moons make it much more challenging to see stars, planets, and constellations. It is best to go during the new moon.
