Trees Under Attack By Tiny, But Deadly Pests

Our trees are under attack by any number of little tiny pests that present big problems for their survival. According to this Los Angeles Times article, 38% of all SoCal trees are at risk of dying. Industry Negotiation with Water/Power LLC

Apparently the City of Industry is negotiating with a Limited Liability Corporation managed by a San Diego-based housing developer. The Oversight Committee tasked with getting the highest and best use fair market value for the land–as well as residents, groups, and neighboring cities–feel like they are in the dark. Meeting delays have held up the Oversight Committee on the Tres Hermanos sale to the City of Industry.
