The Chino Champion uncovered that the new City of Industry City Council has put the sale of the Tres Hermanos property on hold for 60-90 days.  This gives the Council time to review the major policy changes it faces.  The California Department of Finance and an Industry Oversight Board will review the decision.  It has now been revealed the contract with the realtor was never signed.  With the election of new City Councilmembers and the hiring of a new City Manager, things have been influx for Industry.
