SPEAK UP

  • Cities and counties have jurisdictions over land use decisions.  Let them know you want this area preserved.
        Click the link to find and contact your city officials or county officials.

  • Most funding for acquisition comes from state and federal sources. Ask them to work together to send state and federal funding to this region for acquisition of the land.

  • Be willing to attend hearings when notified.

  • Write Letters to the Editor of newspapers (help create a ground swell).
